We’re seeking compassionate, skilled Aged Care Workers (Cert III Qualified) who are committed to delivering high quality, holistic care to people living in the community. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support care recipients, carers and families with dignity, respect and professionalism.
As a care worker you will provide person-centred support with daily living activities, personal care and companionship. You'll work closely with clients, families, and the wider care team to deliver high-quality, respectful care tailored to the individual's needs.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver personal care services and supports, including transport assistance
  • Identify and report changes or deterioration in client condition
  • Monitor vital signs such as weight, blood pressure and other observations
  • Respond appropriately to incidents, injuries or emergencies
  • Administer medication when trained and authorised
  • Support clients with medication self-administration
  • Provide domestic assistance as required
  • Support nutrition, hydration, mobility and independence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards
  • Follow infection control and Work Health & Safety requirements
  • MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Certificate III Aged Care (Individual Support)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • DESIRABLE
  • Experience in community nursing
  • Aged care experience
  • NDIS experience
  • OTHER REQUIREMENTS
  • Commitment to the Aged Care Code of Conduct
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Maintenance of all required registrations and competencies
  • Willingness to undertake tasks within your skills and training
