Displaying a salary on your job listing is not compulsory, but is highly recommended. There are several benefits to showing a salary range on your job ads, such as:

  • Attracting more qualified and relevant candidates who are interested in the remuneration you offer.
  • Reducing the time and effort spent on screening and negotiating with candidates who have unrealistic salary expectations.
  • Increasing the transparency and credibility of your company and your job offer.
  • Enhancing your brand and reputation as a fair and honest employer.

We recommend that you display a salary range on your job listings, or at least indicate a minimum salary.

If the salary is not yet set for the position please select the Negotiable  option

Note Voluntary/Community position listings should select the Nil / Voluntary  option.
