We're looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join IRT Sarah Claydon

As a registered nurse, you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care that enhances the health, wellbeing and quality of life of our residents. 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

- 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗳 $𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗧 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝟯𝟴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 $𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗧 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 +) 𝘁𝗼 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗥𝗧 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗮𝗹𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻

- Hourly base rate between $45.24 and $57.48 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.

We are offering a full-time position working 38 hours per week; Monday to Friday 0630-1500

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Assess residents' clinical needs and develop, implement and review individualised care plans.
- Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary case conferences.
- Complete admission, routine and ongoing clinical assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments and wound care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
- Monitor residents' health, identify changes in condition and document care accurately.
- Lead infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak management.
- Support, mentor and supervise care staff to deliver exceptional resident care.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families and the wider care team.

𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
