We are currently looking for trade-qualified Chef's with experience in high volume kitchens, for our club:

- Milton Ulladulla ExServos Club situated in Ulladulla NSW

We offer full-time, or casual work depending on your preference and suitability.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:

- Passionate culinary skills

- Knowledge of service standards, safety management, and kitchen ordering systems

- Effective “plate-up” and portion control abilities

- Passion for compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including allergen management

- Experience in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Effective communication skills

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent relevant qualification
