As a Hospitality Employee at IRT Sarah Claydon, you will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible for providing excellent hospitality services, ensuring meals are served with care, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝟭𝟮.𝟬𝟬 - 𝟭𝟵.𝟯𝟬 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:

- Working with catering staff to assist with basic meal preparation
- Delivering and serving meals to our residents
- General laundry duties, including personal laundry
- Interacting with residents and creating meaningful customer relationships
- Adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- Helping with various domestic duties such as laundry and cleaning of general areas

- Experience delivering hospitality services
- A big heart – an empathetic approach and strong customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role in a health or aged care setting (desirable)
- Food Safety Supervision Certification (desirable)
- Availability to work a range of shift
