As a member of our Front of House or Bar Team. We’re looking for friendly, energetic people who love good beer, good food, and great hospitality to help deliver memorable experiences in one of the South Coast’s most iconic venues.

The Milton Hotel is a beautifully restored heritage pub on the NSW South Coast and home to Dangerous Ales, our award-winning craft brewery. Known for our relaxed atmosphere, quality local food, live music, and genuine hospitality, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable front-of-house and bar staff to join our team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork, customer service, and a love of hospitality.

Your duties will include:

- Greeting and serving guests in the bar, bistro, and deck areas

- Pouring beers, making drinks, and processing orders

- Providing table service and maintaining a clean, well-presented venue

- Working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience

- Supporting events, live music nights, and functions when required

- We’re after team players who are:

- Positive, professional, and approachable

- Passionate about food, beer, and customer service

- Able to work in a busy environment with a smile

- Flexible to work weekends and evenings

- RSA certified (essential)

Experience in pubs, bars, or restaurants is preferred, but we’re also open to training enthusiastic newcomers with the right attitude.
