As the friendly face of the practice, you’ll welcome our practice members, keep the day running smoothly, and provide reliable support to the Chiropractor while helping create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the door.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

- Welcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional way
- Manage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operations
- Support the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experience
- Keep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energy
- Help coordinate and attend community events to support practice growth

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗔𝗿𝗲

- Experienced in administration or reception (1+ years required)
- Confident, engaging, and naturally great with people
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Health-minded and passionate about wellness
- A positive team player who takes pride in their role

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀
- Casual role
- Approximately 25.5 hours per week available

- Monday 7:30am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 6:30pm

- Tuesday 2:00pm - 6:30pm

- Wednesday 2:00pm - 6:30pm

- Thursday 2:00pm - 6:30pm

- Participation in virtual company trainings and meetings

- Occasional weekend availability for community events

- Training provided within a supportive, health-focused team

For successful candidates, becoming a Chiropractic Assistant involves the following steps:

- Submit your application via Seek

- Initial application review and shortlisting

- Phone screening

- Interview shortlisting

- 30-minute Zoom interview

- Invitation to attend a practice visit

- Completion of the practice visit

- Final outcome and offer communication

We aim to keep the process clear and timely. All candidates will receive an email update on the outcome of their application, typically within 3–4 weeks of applying.
