𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗿 & 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱! 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀

We have a great team on site and we're looking for extra help to join us in a combined housekeeping and reception role. Regular ongoing work for the right person.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱:

- Full turnover cleans between guest stays

- Kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms

- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting

- Linen changes and bed making

- Restocking basics and presenting the property to a high standard

- Flagging any damage or maintenance issues

- Guest check-in and check-out

- Answering phone and email enquiries

- Handling bookings and guest questions

- General front desk duties during rostered shifts

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂:

- Experience with holiday rental or Airbnb turnovers preferred (but we're happy to train the right person alongside our existing team)

- Comfortable with guest-facing work and a friendly phone manner

- Own transport

- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

- Strong attention to detail

- Flexible with changeover days (sometimes weekends)

- Able to work to tight turnaround times between checkout and check-in

- Basic computer skills for bookings and email

- Police check a plus
