We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Court Controller to assist with the operation of our evening basketball competitions at Milton Ulladulla Basketball Association.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a community sporting environment, can confidently work independently, and is comfortable managing a busy stadium atmosphere.

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀

- Casual position, 2 – 3 evenings per week
- Approximately 8 - 12 hours per week
- Required shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Opening and preparing the stadium for competition nights
- Setting up courts, scoreboards, and equipment
- Assisting with electronic game scoring setup and troubleshooting
- Supporting players with basic registration and competition enquiries
- Sweeping and spot mopping courts as required
- Greeting players, officials, and spectators
- Collecting game fees and handling basic cash/EFTPOS transactions
- Operating and managing the canteen during competition hours
- Assisting with the general presentation and smooth operation of the venue
- Securing and closing the stadium at the end of the evening

The successful applicant will be:

- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Friendly and approachable with good customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to multitask during busy competition periods
- Physically capable of light manual duties
- Confident handling cash and customer interactions
- Comfortable using computers and basic online systems
- Available consistently on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sports administration, venue operations, or community sport will be highly regarded but is not essential.

- A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Basic computer literacy
