Dangerous Ales

Dangerous Ales is an independent, family-run craft brewery based on the NSW South Coast, producing bold, flavour-driven beers with a focus on quality, freshness and creativity. We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working casual Brewery Assistant / Cellar Hand to join the team and help across all areas of brewery production.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, has a strong work ethic and wants to be involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing craft brewery.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You’ll be assisting with all aspects of brewery operations including:

- Canning line operation and pack-down
- Keg washing and keg filling
- Cleaning and sanitation of brewery equipment
- Assisting with brew days and cellar work
- Packaging and palletising stock
- General warehouse and brewery duties
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Helping maintain a clean and organised brewery environment

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting kegs and cartons
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
- Previous brewery, warehouse, hospitality or trade experience is a bonus, but not required
