Lead the day to day maintenance of the park and keep every cabin, tiny home, site and shared area safe, tidy and guest ready.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Run the maintenance roster and hand out the day's jobs

- Keep maintenance schedule up to date, including work orders and regular checks

- Do hands-on work: general repairs, painting, decks, fences, locks, minor plumbing

- Look after grounds: mowing, gardens, paths and roads

- Daily pool testing and record keeping

- Book and manage tradies when a job needs a licence

- Keep tools, gear and consumables in order

- Help with new home and cabin installs

- Be a friendly face for guests and residents

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂

- Handy and practical, with a solid track record in maintenance or grounds work

- Have led a small team or ready to step up

- Comfortable using an app to log and close out jobs

- Driver's licence essential, White Card and pool operations certificate a bonus

- Fit, organised and calm when the park is busy

- Happy to do some weekend and public holiday work in peak times
