We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team based in Ulladulla. This is a full-time, office-based role offering a competitive base salary, attractive commission structure, a work vehicle, and company mobile phone.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

As a Business Development Manager, you will help homeowners and businesses transition to clean, cost-effective energy solutions. You will work with qualified leads, conduct customer consultations, prepare tailored solar proposals, and guide clients through the sales process from enquiry to installation.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Respond to customer enquiries and qualify sales opportunities
- Conduct consultations with residential and commercial clients
- Prepare and present solar and battery system proposals
- Follow up leads and manage your sales pipeline
- Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams
- Achieve and exceed sales targets

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- Previous sales experience (solar industry experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
