This is a key leadership role within our business, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, supporting our sales team to achieve outstanding results, and ensuring compliance standards are maintained across all aspects of the business.

- Manage the daily operations of a busy real estate office.
- Lead, support and hold accountable the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, industry regulations and office procedures.
- Oversee administration systems and workflow management.
- Monitor operational efficiencies.
- Maintain a professional, positive and client-focused office culture.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

- Previous experience in real estate administration not essential.
- Strong understanding of NSW real estate legislation and compliance requirements or the willingness to gain this knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
