Located in the picturesque coastal town of Ulladulla, our Vinnies store is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Store Manager to lead all aspects of retail operations. In this role, a hands-on approach is essential, with success built on leading, inspiring and developing a dedicated team of employees and volunteers, driving sales performance, and delivering outstanding customer service. As a strong people leader, you will foster an inclusive and positive team culture, empower volunteers to make a meaningful contribution, and build lasting connections within the local community. - Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store

π—¬π—Όπ˜‚ π—ͺ𝗢𝗹𝗹 𝗑𝗲𝗲𝗱

- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
