About the role

Are you an organised, friendly, and proactive professional looking to start your career in the real estate industry?

We are seeking a motivated Receptionist / Sales Support Officer to join our busy and successful real estate team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience while providing valuable administrative support to our sales team.

While we are ideally seeking a full-time team member, we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. Working every second Saturday is an essential requirement of the role.

This is a varied and fast-paced position that combines reception, administration, and sales support duties. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting our sales team to deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- General reception and administrative duties
- Assisting sales agents with administration and marketing tasks
- Managing office supplies and maintaining office organisation
- Database management and data entry
- Ensuring the office is presented professionally, clean and tidy
- Supporting the team with general day-to-day operations

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, friendly, and confident manner
- Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong computer/typing skills and confidence using Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to represent our agency professionally at all times
- Previous administration, reception, customer service, or real estate experience (preferred but not essential)
- A current NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence, or a willingness to obtain the required qualification
