💼 The Role: Insurance Support & Claims Exec

This is a full-time position in the office, with real potential for career progression.
Hours are up to full time 9-5 weekdays with no expected overtime or weekend work.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Handling phone enquiries and general admin in our Ulladulla office
- Learning the ropes in claims, sales, and other areas of the business
- Supporting clients with claims questions, organising repairers, making payments and general insurance work as part of a team.

- Can bring your own personality and genuine care to customer conversations, building relationships and finding ways to help and inform. Have a great phone manner.
- Are organised, reliable, and have attention to detail. Scheduling and following up clients, suppliers and customers is a key part of the role.
- Want a relaxed work environment working side by side in a supportive team
- Are open to learning and growing in a professional environment. You will need to complete Tier 2 FSRA accreditation in work hours - we’ll support you!
- Have solid computer skills (Excel and Word especially) and can express yourself clearly verbally and in writing/email
- Can obtain police and ASIC clearances

Insurance experience and Claims Handling experience is a bonus but not essential. Experience in a different industry or trade is also valuable. Skills such as scheduling, tasks and follow up and a friendly phone manner are key. Most important is your attitude, work ethic, compatibility with the current team and willingness to learn.
