𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to support our brokers and manage the client journey from application through to settlement and beyond.

Working closely with senior brokers, you will take ownership of the loan process once a strategy has been agreed, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for every client.

This is a 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, with flexibility available for the right candidate.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Manage client relationships end-to-end from application through to settlement and post-settlement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lending process
- Prepare and manage loan applications, supporting documents, and compliance requirements
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders
- Track and manage deal progress to ensure timeframes and service standards are met
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records across CRM and internal systems
- Manage annual loan reviews and repricing requests under broker guidance
- Conduct post-settlement follow-ups and ongoing client care
- Support construction lending processes, including progress payments
- Assist brokers with day-to-day lending and administrative support

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

- Strong understanding of loan processing and lender requirements
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- No lending experience necessary but strongly regarded
