𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person, who has a genuine interest in a career in aged care, for a part-time traineeship opportunity with IRT.

This position is available at our Residential Care Home at: IRT Sarah Claydon - Milton

This exciting program is for a minimum of 24 months, and includes undertaking a Certificate III Individual Support, delivered by ITeC Academy, whilst gaining on-the-job experience and secure employment in a rapidly growing industry.

Traineeships will commence employment in March or April with IRT, study to commence with ITeC in May.

𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

- A commitment to undertaking the Certificate III in Individual support qualification
- Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (combination of work and study), availability Thursday as this is an allocated study day
- A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- A passion to begin your career in the aged care sector
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts that include weekends, late afternoons and evenings

To be eligible for a traineeship candidates must:

- Be living or working in NSW
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Not be currently studying or already have a Certificate III in Individual Support
