𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager who can confidently manage a well‑maintained portfolio with strong administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who prides themselves on communication, organisation and building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆/𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Responding to tenant and landlord emails, phone calls and maintenance requests
- Managing urgent repairs in line with NSW legislation
- Processing maintenance work orders and following up trades
- Reviewing and updating notes, compliance documents and file management
- Conducting routine tenant communication, arrears monitoring and payment follow-ups
- Preparing and issuing notices - rent increases, breach notices, termination notices
- Conducting routine inspections and issuing detailed reports to landlords
- Scheduling and conducting private inspections and open homes for rental properties
- Processing tenancy applications, completing reference checks and presenting applications to landlords
- Preparing new leases, renewals and required documentation
- Managing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Updating owners on portfolio activity, market feedback and tenancy performance
- Coordinating lease expiries, rent reviews and renewal strategies
- Ensuring compliance with NSW Fair Trading and agency best practice

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- Experience as a Property Manager
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and time‑management
- Ability to work with autonomy while being part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
- A current driver’s licence - vehicle supplied
