- 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 and eager to break into the industry
- 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 and looking to gain hands-on experience
- 𝗔𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 with a Certificate of Registration or Licence and ready for your next move

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (preferred, but not essential for the right person)
- A positive, professional and friendly “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confidence using technology and online systems, with a willingness to learn
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
- A genuine passion for customer service and connecting with people from all backgrounds
- A strong work ethic and self-motivated approach
