Independence Ulladulla Inc is a community-based, not-for-profit NDIS provider supporting people with disability to live safe, meaningful, and connected lives.

We are seeking an experienced Home and Living Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) group homes. This is a leadership role responsible for service quality, staff supervision, compliance, and participant wellbeing.

This position suits a confident, values-driven leader with strong NDIS knowledge and hands-on experience in residential disability services.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Oversee daily operations of SIL group homes
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and support Disability Support Workers
- Ensure supports align with NDIS plans, BSPs, health and mealtime plans
- Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
- Manage rosters, documentation, reporting, and incident responses
- Promote participant choice, control, dignity, and safety
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

- You are a capable and compassionate leader who:
- Has experience in SIL or residential disability services
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Understands NDIS Practice Standards, duty of care, and safeguarding
- Can manage complex situations calmly and professionally
- Leads by example and fosters a positive team culture
- Aligns with the values of a not-for-profit organisation

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

- Certificate IV or higher in Disability, Community Services, Leadership & Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the disability sector
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong IT and documentation skills
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (9am–5pm) with flexibility as required
