Ulladulla Toyota is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor, ideal for recent school leavers looking to start a long-term career in the automotive industry.

No automotive experience is required — we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided by our experienced team.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Service customers and play an important role in ensuring their vehicles are serviced and returned efficiently.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

With full training provided, you will learn how to:

- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with booking their vehicle service
- Learn how to understand basic vehicle service requirements
- Communicate between customers and our workshop team
- Update customers on the progress of their vehicle
- Assist with invoicing and customer paperwork
- Handle face-to-face and phone enquiries
- Learn to use our internal computer systems
- Assist with organising loan vehicles and completing documentation
- Follow all internal processes and procedures
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service every day

This role would suit a recent school leaver who is:

- Friendly, polite, and confident speaking with people
- Keen to learn and build a career
- Reliable and punctual
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers or willing to learn
- Able to stay calm in a busy environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Motivated and ready to work full-time

Previous customer service or administration experience is helpful but not required.
