Northside Early Learning Centre is growing, and we are seeking passionate 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 to join our teams at our 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟱𝟯𝟲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗸 2539 services.

We are looking for educators who hold (or are working towards) one of the following:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
- Currently working towards any of the above qualifications

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

- 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 – 𝟭𝟬%+ 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀
- 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 (above National Employment Standards)
- Supportive, inclusive team environments
- Ongoing professional development and mentoring

- Well-resourced centres with strong leadership support
- Flexible working arrangements where possible
