𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

Our home care services form the largest part of our Home Health business, an integrated healthcare company created to support Australians to age well, with solutions designed for delivery in home and community care settings. This role delivers in-home clinical support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are looking for a part-time (3x days per week) Community Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team servicing clients in and around Ulladulla, Sussex Inlet and Huskisson. Our Nursing services fall between business hours Monday to Friday, so come join our flexible and inclusive team!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘆

- Delivering individualised clinical based nursing care to customers living in the home environment such as wound care, catheter care and medication management
- Conducting nursing assessments and developing care / support plans
- Providing clinical nursing advice and support to our customers and their families
- Liaising closely with our Nursing Managers, Branch Managers and team, Allied health and community networks to maintain and ensure the highest possible standard of care

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂:

- Nursing degree with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Valid Australian driver's license and insured vehicle
- Willingness to travel. This role involves driving & travelling between customers
- Experience in a community nursing or similar setting would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated knowledge of catheter care, catheter changes, wound care, chronic & complex care and writing care plans
- Ability to work independently and part of a remote team
