As a Qualified Baker or an Assistant Baker at Bakers Delight Ulladulla, you'll be joining a passionate team committed to providing our local community with delicious, freshly baked goods every day.

This full-time role is located in Ulladulla NSW 2539 and offers the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a supportive environment, with a NEGOTIABLE contract dependent on qualification, skill level and willingness to learn.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: This role will be an early start from 12am or 2am

Candidates must be available to work both 12am and 2am start times as required.

***NOTE: ANY CANDIDATES WHO WASTE OUR TIME FOR CENTRELINK PAYMENT JOB SEEKER WILL BE REPORTED WE DONT HAVE TIME TO WASTE ON FILLING THIS ROLE.

*** ONLY LOCAL AREA WANTED UNLESS YOU ARE RELOCATING TO ULLADULLA WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SPONSORSHIP OR WORKING VISA.

This role is long term if all parties agree upon contracts and the right candidate is found:)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

- Assisting the Head Baker in the preparation, mixing, and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items
- Ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your baking skills

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

- Previous experience as an Assistant Baker or in a similar bakery role is preferable but, not a deal breaker.
- A passion for baking and a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality
- Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- he ability to work with our amazing bakers - though secretly singers at heart ;)
- Australian permanent residency is required for this position
