𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As a 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻, you'll deliver a high standard of property maintenance services across our Shoalhaven sites in a full time capacity across Monday to Friday.

This role is extremely diverse, with the successful candidate leading a variety of maintenance activities to support the needs and interests of our residents and clients.

𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲
- Demonstrated experience in a general maintenance, carpentry, cleaning or other relevant trade roles
- An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites in the Illawarra area as required
- A trade qualification (desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work flexible hours
- A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
