𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Management Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working directly with business owners, helping them understand their numbers, set meaningful KPIs, and build forecasts that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with our Business Partners and play a key role in client engagements, offering insights that go beyond the numbers. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to partnership.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and cash flow projections for clients
- Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to each business
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare management reports and dashboards that translate financial data into actionable insights
- Assist clients with budgeting, scenario planning, and strategic financial decision-making
- Collaborate with the Business Partners on client strategy and internal process improvement
- Support clients in understanding their financial position and making informed business decisions
- Contribute to the development of advisory tools and templates to enhance client service delivery

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

- CPA/CA qualified (or working towards)
- 3+ years experience in management accounting, business advisory, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working directly with business owners or senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
