Master Builders are the leading industry association in NSW. We are chartered with representing and furthering the interests of those in the building and construction industry.

We offer advice and support to assist our members with the day to day running of their businesses. This includes safety, legal, industrial relations, insurance, apprenticeship and training.

We require a self-motivated person to join our team. The key focus of the role will be to grow the membership, service existing members and develop opportunities within the business. Travel within the Southern & Snowy Regions of NSW will be required.

This position will be based in our Ulladulla Office.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Promote MBA membership to the local industry and recruit new members.
- Service the existing local membership and connect members to relevant MBA services, industry and government bodies.
- Promote MBA products and training courses.
- Seek opportunities for MBA to partner with local community events that are in line with our values.
- Promote and support the delivery of local events.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀

To succeed in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Ability to build ongoing relationships and network within the industry.
- Well-established time management skills.
- Experience in the construction industry preferred.
