Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Management Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on working directly with business owners, helping them understand their numbers, set meaningful KPIs, and build forecasts that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with our Business Partner and play a key role in client engagements, offering insights that go beyond the numbers. For the right person, there is a clear pathway to partnership.

What We’re Looking For
• CPA/CA qualified (or working towards)
• 3+ years experience in management accounting, business advisory, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working directly with business owners or senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
