About the role

Established in 1983, Hales Douglass has grown from a solo accounting practice in Ulladulla, to over 30 team members and a second office in Batemans Bay. We offer a high standard of in-house, finance & business solutions and our team is a blend of Chartered Accountants, CPAs, Business Advisors, Self-Managed Super Fund Advisors, Financial Advisors and Mortgage Brokers.

We have a position vacant for a Client Services Administrator in our Ulladulla office, whose quality work ethic can blend with our existing exceptional customer care and service qualities.

This will be a permanent position of 4 days per week.

Key tasks include responsibility for reception, general administration, plus support to the team and management on a day-to-day basis.

The successful candidate can undertake all duties enthusiastically and cheerfully, maintaining a positive working relationship with the team, management, and clients. We also encourage commitment to our quality improvement process by participating in initiatives and making suggestions as to improvements and/or efficiencies.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
