𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, highly organised, and proactive Sales Administration / Front Office Manager. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that combines front desk responsibilities and sales administration tasks.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and relay accurate messages
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the Sales team
- Assist with contract administration and compliance checks
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Data entry and general office administration

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Professional, positive attitude with a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in administration or real estate is highly regarded but not required
- Hard working and confident with an enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks
