Overlooking Burrill Lake and the Budawang Ranges, our award-winning estate blends refined hospitality with a laid-back atmosphere and we’re looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team.

You’ll lead a talented team across our restaurant, Wine Garden, events, and functions, all while living in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal regions.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all dining areas and events.
- Maintain high standards in food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
- Oversee food cost control, stocktakes, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets.
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and consistently, even during busy service, fostering seamless collaboration between kitchen, FOH, events, winemaking, and marketing teams.
- Drive sustainable practices through waste reduction and local sourcing.
- Inspire, train, and lead a positive, high-performing kitchen team.
- Support staff growth and retention through coaching and development.
- Lead the creation of seasonal, estate-grown menus that inspire guests, deliver strong financial results, and pair beautifully with our wines.

Cupitt’s Estate is a boutique winery, restaurant, luxury accommodation venue, and wedding destination nestled between Milton and Mollymook on the stunning NSW South Coast. Located 3 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra.
