We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our expanding Mitre 10 Milton store. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and assisting the needs of customers.

This will be a full-time role offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment which will allow you to further develop your skills. Predominantly Monday to Friday shifts and weekends if required.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Processing sales through our POS system
- Merchandising and maintaining store standards
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations
- Answering phone enquiries

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲/𝗯𝗲:

- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience with hardware knowledge/experience
- Ability to handle heavy lifting up to 15kg
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Available to work between 6:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 7am to 1pm Saturdays
