About the role

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗨𝘀

Yumaro is a multi-award winning not for profit located on the south coast of NSW. Yumaro operates several social enterprises providing employment opportunities in a supported way. We provide NDIS services including home and community supports, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, support coordination and plan management services to over 250 people living with a disability.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are seeking an organised, friendly and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in a dual role supporting both our front reception and Home & Community Services team in Ulladulla.

This varied position is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the smooth running of our office and service operations.

This is a permanent part-time position, working four days per week — two days on reception and two days with the Home & Community Services team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Provide professional front-of-house reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing enquiries.
- Support the Home & Community Services team with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, documentation, and participant record management.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and file management in line with NDIS and organisational requirements.
- Coordinate staff training records, meetings, and communication across the HCS team.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Yumaro’s values in all interactions.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂

You will bring:

- Previous experience in administration or reception, ideally within the community or disability sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and professional manner.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in learning new systems.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
