As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic NDIS Support Coordinator to join our team and help participants navigate their NDIS journey with confidence and clarity.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As a Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with NDIS participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans. You’ll connect them with the right services, build their capacity to manage their supports, and ensure they’re achieving their goals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

- Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans.
- Coordinate a range of supports and services to meet individual needs.
- Build participants’ capacity to manage their own supports.
- Liaise with service providers, government agencies, and community organisations.
- Monitor progress and outcomes, and support plan reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with NDIS requirements.

- You’re empathetic, respectful, and culturally sensitive.

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮

- Experience with case management or support coordination.
- Experience in disability, mental health, community services, or a related field.
- Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred approaches.
- Strong knowledge of local services and supports.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲

- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, or similar.
