As a Baker or Assistant Baker at Bakers Delight Ulladulla, you'll be joining a passionate team committed to providing our local community with delicious, freshly baked goods every day. This full-time role is located in Ulladulla NSW 2539 and offers the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a supportive environment, with a NEGOTIABLE contract dependent on qualification, skill level and willingness to learn.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴

- Assisting the Head Baker in the preparation, mixing, and baking of a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery items
- Ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your baking skills

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿

- Previous experience as an Assistant Baker or in a similar bakery role, preferable but not a deal breaker within the Hospitality & Tourism industry
- A passion for baking and a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality
- Strong time management and organisational skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
