We are a medium-sized general practice with a dedicated team of long-term staff seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to take on a full-time leadership role.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Leading and supporting our stable team of administration and clinical support staff
- Ensuring compliance with RACGP Standards, Medicare, privacy, and WHS requirements
- Managing financial operations including billing, payroll, and budgets
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of patient care
- Supporting GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals in delivering quality services

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

You are a proactive and approachable leader who thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹:

- Proven experience in practice management (preferably in medical practices)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial management and HR experience

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲:

- Qualifications in Business, Health Administration, or Practice Management
- Membership with AAPM
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and RACGP accreditation standards
- Proficiency with practice management software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector, PracSoft)
