The Dolphins Motel is a brand-new boutique coastal motel opening this coming summer, dedicated to creating relaxed, high-quality guest experiences. We are seeking a Housekeeping Leader & Operational Support to join our close-knit team in a permanent part-time role (30 hours per week). This hands-on position combines leading the housekeeping team with supporting day-to-day motel operations, helping to shape the property from the very beginning.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

- Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping to ensure rooms and common areas are maintained to boutique standards.
- Train and support housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service levels.
- Provide input to management on housekeeping staffing levels and scheduling needs.
- Work closely with the Motel Manager and Assistant Manager to provide operational support across the property.
- Assist with stock control, supplier liaison, and presentation standards.
- Uphold compliance and safety requirements.
- Provide support during busy check-in/check-out periods as needed.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂

- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (leadership experience highly regarded).
- Strong eye for detail and pride in presentation standards.
- Organised, reliable, and confident leading of a small team.
- Flexible and adaptable, happy to assist in other operational areas when required.
- Friendly and professional in guest interactions.
