You love turning ideas into stories that connect with people, whether it’s through social media, an email campaign, or a seasonal promotion. You’re a strong communicator with an eye for detail, a flair for visual storytelling, and a genuine interest in regional tourism, food, and wine. You thrive in a collaborative team and are known for your initiative and follow-through. Just as importantly, you’re confident with digital tools – able to manage a CRM, analyse results, report on performance, and spot opportunities to improve.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀

- Digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Website CMS (WordPress/Shopify), Email marketing platforms
- Analytics & CRM: Strong digital capability with Google Analytics and CRM systems, including managing customer databases and Wine Club communications, with the ability to interpret data and report on campaign performance.
- Core skills: Organisation, time management, communication, attention to detail, and visual storytelling

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll bring the Cupitt’s Estate brand to life across wine, restaurant, accommodation, and events. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage the social media calendar, coordinate email campaigns, update website content, and ensure promotions and campaigns run smoothly and on time. You’ll also manage our CRM, keeping the general database and Wine Club updated, segmented, and engaged. Just as importantly, you’ll track results, report on performance, and use insights to keep lifting how we connect with guests. You’ll work closely with all departments and external partners to deliver content that drives visitation, engagement, and sales.
