As a Registered Nurse, you'll help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalised clinical care and empathetic approach will truly make a positive impact on their lives. It really is a highly rewarding role!

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:

- Sign on Bonus of $8,000 for FT roles (38 hours) and $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Shoalhaven region
- Hourly base rate between $43.75 and $55.88 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.
- Location: IRT Sarah Claydon

We are offering a full-time position to work - Week 1: Wednesday to Sunday, morning shifts & Week 2: Wednesday to Sunday, afternoon shifts

Your work may include:
- Providing clinical care
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments
- Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
- Providing treatment as required

𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
