We are a general practice legal firm that has been servicing clients on the NSW South Coast, from Bendalong to Bawley Point for over 35 years.

Our areas of practice include conveyancing, estate planning and administration, litigation, commercial law, leasing, family law and general legal matters.

We are seeking a receptionist to join our growing team who possess the following attributes:

- Reception and administrative experience preferred but not essential;
- Legal industry experience desired but not essential as full training will be provided;
- Proficient computer skills necessary, experience with Outlook and Leap desirable, but not essential.
- Willingness to work within a small yet busy team;
- Friendly disposition, including the ability to deal with members of the public on a daily basis;
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a full time position Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, however flexible arrangements can be discussed depending on circumstances.

This position would suit an enthusiastic person looking to commence their career in the legal industry. The role is very busy and will include managing a number of tasks in our reception including answering phone calls, welcoming clients of the firm, attending to incoming and outgoing mail and providing administrative support to practitioners in our office, both solicitors and conveyancers.
