Your responsibilities involve providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare’s Values. You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN to provide positive resident outcomes.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲:

- Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.
- Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.
- Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
