𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲:

- Clinical Care: Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
- Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing individualized care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
- Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions on eCase.
- Pain Management: Addressing pain concerns and implementing pain management strategies.
- Emergency Response: Being prepared to handle medical emergencies and coordinating the response as necessary.
- End-of-Life Care: Providing comfort and support during end-of-life care, including palliative care.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

- Current AHPRA Registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards
- Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
