At 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, we help people stay independent, mobile, and confident. Our family-run business supports the elderly and disabled community across the Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla and Illawarra, through the sale, rental and servicing of mobility equipment.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?

This is a varied and meaningful position with a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, alongside customer service and retail duties.

You’ll support both the team and our customers—managing enquiries, coordinating orders and services, keeping records up to date, and helping people choose the right products for their needs.

𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲:

- Responding to phone, email and in-person enquiries
- Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and booking forms
- Entering orders, updating stock records, and tracking supplier deliveries
- Coordinating customer appointments and deliveries
- Demonstrating and explaining how our equipment works
- Booking jobs for our service and delivery team
- Assembling products and assisting with basic store displays

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀:

- 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 – managing multiple admin tasks confidently
- 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 – enjoys helping people
- 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 – invoicing, data entry or stock systems experience is a plus
- 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 – to move light equipment and assist with basic assembly
- 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗯𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 – Police Check & NDIS Screening Check
- 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – great verbal and written communication skills
- 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 – takes initiative and solves problems with attention to detail
- 𝗔 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 – able to work independently and collaboratively
- 𝗨𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 – with flu and COVID vaccinations

- Weekday work only – Monday to Friday, 9:00–4:30
