𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗔𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, you will join our 𝗨𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮 team in providing great service and support to IMB customers in relation to their financial needs.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

- Having conversations and interactions with members via all channels (in person, online and over the phone) and assisting them with their banking and insurance needs and enquiries
- Exploring new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may improve their position
- Using various technologies, systems and digital platforms, cash handling and balancing
- Working with your manager and team to collectively achieve the branch goals and objectives
- Maintaining a high level of operational adherence in line with company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures and carry out administrative duties.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀

- Monday 10am-3pm
- Tuesday 9am-5pm
- Wednesday 10am-3pm
- Thursday 10am-3pm
- Friday 10am-3pm.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻

- Some experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking or hospitality industries
- Cash handling ability and an accurate eye for detail
- A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry
- An aptitude for technology and proficient in MS Office programs/apps
- Honesty and integrity and take pride in diligently following procedures and policy in a regulated financial environment
- A flexible approach in the workplace, can take initiative, prioritise work and problem solve to complete daily work requirements
- A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers as well as work with and support a team
- A current NSW drivers' license and the willingness to travel to branches within the region as required for training or staff relief purposes.
