This is a full time position & the successful candidate must possess excellent customer service abilities whilst operating in a busy environment.

This is a generalist role with a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Serving customers in the timber yard and on the trade counter..
- Helping them with orders and providing advice while providing excellent customer service
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
- Accurately picking & preparing outgoing customer deliveries
- Organising and storing timber and other building materials
- Ensuring the health & safety of fellow team members and customers as per in-house OH & S policies
- Undertake regular product stock takes
- Maintain the cleanliness and serviceability of the timber yard
- Sales support to the team as required

The successful candidate will:

- Have excellent customer service and communication standards
- Be detailed oriented and have the ability to problem solve
- Priorities workloads to meet deadlines
- Be capable of working outside & on their feet all day.
- Forklift license and timber/building material knowledge would be highly advantageous.
