Milton Therapy and Learning Centre (TLC) is seeking a 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘀𝘁

- Achievable caseload expectations with a focus on clinician wellbeing.

- Up to $10,000 per year in professional development funding through the Rural Doctors Network (eligibility-based).
- Above-award salary ($70,000 – $110,000 per year) with six weeks of paid annual leave.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at TLC, you will:

- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for children and families.
- Support NDIS participants and collaborate with schools, preschools, and community services.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including other OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Social Workers .
- Receive structured mentorship and professional development to support your career growth.

Full-time and part-time opportunities available at our Milton and Bay & Basin (Sanctuary Point) centres.

Generous Salary Package & Benefits

- Above award salary ($70K-$110K) based on experience.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
Essential Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- A passion for family-centred, evidence-based therapy.
