We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of properties with professionalism and care. Hours and pay are negotiable for the right candidate and we’re flexible and committed to finding the best fit for our team.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Handle rent arrears and lease renewals
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (preferred / willing to obtain)
- Driver license and insured vehicle (essential)
- Proven experience in property management (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
