𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for cutting and assembling frames and trusses, playing a crucial role in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses. Your ability to utilise various hand and power tools for assembly will be essential, as you will be working with a range of equipment and machinery. Safety is of utmost importance to us, so we need someone who can and will safely operate and maintain the equipment and machinery, ensuring a secure working environment. Attention to detail is a top priority in this role, as we believe that quality is just as important as quantity. You should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every product meets our rigorous quality standards

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗗𝗘

- Cut and assemble frames and trusses with precision and accuracy.
- Participate in the assembly of prefabricated frames and roof trusses.
- Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure product quality.
- Prioritise site safety and demonstrate a duty of care for your team, staff, and site visitors.
- Embrace a hands-on approach and possess a can-do attitude.
- Manual handling of goods and stock (may include, timber, wood, plasterboard, other building materials from time to time).
- Finally have a ‘hands on’ with a 'can do' attitude

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

- Previous experience in frame and truss assembly or a similar field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Demonstrated awareness and adherence to site safety protocols.
- Hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
- Forklift licence (desirable)
