𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿:
- Sign on Bonus of $8,000 for FT roles (38 hours) and $5000 for PT roles (24 hours +) to Join IRT in the Shoalhaven region
- Hourly base rate between $41.84 and $53.44 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on the experience.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: IRT Sarah Claydon

We have a part- time position, offering a range of morning and afternoon shifts, Mondays- Fridays, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as they become available. We will work with you to see how we can best match you up with our opportunities to fit in with your life.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• Providing clinical care
• Managing and supervising care workers
• Undertaking client assessments
• Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluation care plans
• Providing treatment as required

𝗧𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A big heart - you're empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
• Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
